Before talking about authority, it is worth understanding the path that built the repertoire.

Ibson Junior is a content, leadership and communication executive, with a path built across digital media, editorial strategy, culture, digital business and audience building.

His experience spans projects that connect attention, community, narrative and results. He founded WolfLife, an ecosystem of digital communities sold in 2025, has led ProliferArte since 2008 and served as CEO of Futmarketing, taking part in the building, positioning and sale of a Brazilian digital sports media operation.

He was also the creator of the site Antenados no Futebol, responsible for the name and the initial conception of the brand, and played a direct role in bringing Bolavip to Brazil, in a move started between 2017 and 2018, when the brand already existed in other South American countries but was not yet operating in the Brazilian market.

Today, he works as Content Director at Futbol Sites, leading editorial operations and reflecting publicly on AI, attention, responsibility, culture, leadership and decision-making.

Along this path, a principle took hold that runs through every project: audience is not sustained by volume, but by judgment. By care with framing, by coherence between what is said and what is done and by the responsibility of those who communicate at scale.

The thread running through his journey is the ability to build meaning in highly complex environments: to understand the context, organize the narrative, decide with judgment and turn audience into perceived value. It is that repertoire, formed at the meeting of culture, business and communication, that he now brings to articles, mentoring, talks and board conversations.

At Futmarketing, Ibson served as CEO and took part in the building, positioning and sale of a Brazilian digital sports media operation.

The work involved creating the site Antenados no Futebol, including choosing the name and the initial conception of the project, as well as direct involvement in bringing Bolavip to Brazil, between 2017 and 2018, when the brand already existed in South American countries but had not yet been consolidated in the Brazilian market.

The case shows an important dimension of his journey: turning editorial vision, audience and market opportunity into a strategic asset.

The sale of the operation was reported by Yahoo Finance, serving as external validation of the move's relevance within the sports media and marketing market.

Before algorithms, creators and the attention economy became common terms, the project was already working with a central question: how to make art circulate beyond traditional spaces?

Over the years, ProliferArte established itself as a digital culture community, giving visibility to artists, broadening access and building bridges between creation and audience.
